Been trying to find a good vet for my boy to go to because the last one he has had have been not the nicest to him made going to the vet very difficult because want him to fell comfortable with going there. After lots of research on reviews this one had the best one. It might cost a little more but as long as my boy fells comfortable and safe that all that matters to me! He was very well behaved today and the staff treated him very nicely move slowly with him to get him comfortable everything will most definitely be back! We decided it was time to put our puppy dog to sleep back in June. She was 16 1/2 years old, a red heeler, but her poor little legs just wouldn't work much anymore. We were new to the area and chose this vet off of a google search. We sure did make the right choice. The staff went above and beyond to help us through the sad process of euthanizing our Cinnamon. They were so compassionate and kind from the moment we walked in. They explained everything that would take place and how the process works. They put her on a blanket up on the table and let us stay with her as long as we wanted to. We stayed with her for a good long time and they never once rushed us out. We chose to have her cremated and to have the ashes returned to us. The company they use for this process did an amazing job also. From the urn we chose, a cedar box, which is absolutely beautiful with her name engraved on the front, to the paw prints, nose prints, death certificate etc they went above and beyond as well. It was all tucked nicely inside a beautiful gift bag and the staff from the vet office had a signed greeting card enclosed also. Each one of them took the time to personally write their sentiments and sign their name in the card. These veterinarians are the most caring, compassionate, kind people that helped us get through a gut wrenching decision with dignity for both us and our Cinnamon. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the process of the whole experience easier to swallow and more humane. You are all wonderful and considerate and any pet or pet owner that you care for is lucky and blessed they have you for their vet. Thank you again for everything.
