Worst ever! I took my 1 year old cat there with concern about him being lethargic and having possible vitamin deficiency due to his diet and I thought he was in pain also. They said they were going to do x-ray and blood work. I didn't really understand why an x-ray and later found out it was cause they thought he had been physically injured. Which he hadn't. They ended up not doing any blood work, sent him home with pain prescription gabapentin and no answer as to what was wrong with him. The bill was over $600 and I got no answers as to what was wrong with him. The x-ray they said was the cheapest one was $385. I am not rich, I had to borrow the money to pay for this and I don't have anymore money to just give to the rich for nothing in return. I called them about a week later asking for a copy of the x-ray and they told me they just sent it to the lab that day and we're supposed to call me when they got the results back. That was months ago. Makes me wonder if they even took any x-rays. I'm now sitting at the er in spokane with my cat and they are thank God doing blood work and they had more answers for me in the first half hour then vca had for me ever. But still I sit here with my poor boy that is close to death, all because I choose the wrong vet to take him to. If your pet is in good health and you like to throw money away, this is the place for you.

Very happy with VCA! Staff is friendly and kind and they have been able to get our pups in during emergency situations same day and we are very happy with the level of care they received. They went above and beyond for us when we had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our sweet black lab- they handled the situation with professionalism and care. Thank you VCA!

Dr. Reijm is phenomenal. Hands down. I have had the unfortunate journey of losing both of my boxers at age 13, one in 2023, and one just a few days ago. I drove out of my way to take my 2nd boxer to be laid to rest in VCA in Post Falls, just from my experience I had with my 1st boxer and Dr. Reijm. He was very thorough with the process, kind, he listened, helped me to have peace with my decision, and never seemed rushed to sit and talk with me. Thank you Dr. Reijm!

They do not do exotic animals. I was told over the phone that they only do cats and dogs.

We have used this clinic for years for our 3 German shepherds.. However around the time of the VCA buyout, it started going down hill. Today we were dealing with a real emergency and they were just too busy to help us. A vet is only as good as the they the care and compassion they have in an emergency, and they failed us. Anyone can give vaccinations and wellness checks but a true vet partner is there when you need them most and they weren't. We will never return.
