    Ordered online for in-store pickup for convenience as we were leaving town. Never again! Has cost us hours and additional money! Noticed one of two Apple seals on one of the phone boxes was missing. Verizon advised us to return the phone and pick up a replacement. Local store was unable to exchange because of this, that, or the other. Called Verizon tonight and new phone is on the way. What a mess! Do not deal with this store - just have it mailed to your house and avoid the headache and additional expense.

    Ahh...For Gosh's and Josh's sake! How many Verizon agents would it take to assist in applying a payment to customer's account? 4+? Just wow...Not sure if they do it on purpose or out of fear to be replaced by some AI robotized approach. Any Verizon store I tried in this town can only upsell products and services endlessly...No effort to troubleshoot an issue...
