- BCBlake Christensen1 day ago1.0We’ve had to use this Verizon location twice: when picking up phones purchased online and then when dropping off phones for trade in. Service was terrible both times. For example, the lockers for online purchases would not sync up to the online purchase and the staff was not only unable to answer simple questions, they were unwilling to put in any effort to help. Low effort, low competence, and disappointing customer service. I will never use this store again and highly recommend finding somewhere else.

I was greeted immediately, sat at the table and within minutes, I was out the door with a phone to give my daughter. Easiest and fasted Verizon experience ever. These guys are good!!

In my experiences they have only ever been interested in helping if it is a new activation. They have done whatever they can to not help me and force me to call customer service when approached after the sale. The phone call-in customer service is an incompetent AI or an out sourced foreign representative that has a language barrier. Horrible Service. Do not give a company that doesn't care about its customers after the sale your business. Stay far away.
