  This store is a joke. Store manager Aubrey W. Has no idea what she is doing. My husband went into the location to pay his bill come to find out his service was off too long he needed a new number and new service (no big deal). Aubrey said she worked her magic and made it to where my husband didn't need a new sim card (lies) she charged him for an esim which she didn't explain so that was $9.99 esim didn't work (she needed to remove the old sim card before activating the esim, she didn't do that) so then she says he needs a new sim card (duh you can't recycle sim card when starting new service with a new number) so she charged him $10 for a physical sim card. Then she sits down with my husbands phone after 20 minutes I ask her what is going on with his phone she states it's "activating" 40 minutes pass and still nothing she stated it takes a while so we can go home with the phone so after sitting at home for an hour my husbands phone still doesn't work so I call customer service. I felt like Aubrey didn't really know what she was doing. After being on the phone with Calvin for 45 minutes he activated my husbands phone with an esim and set up all proper expectations. My husbands phone works (he wasn't charged for the esim through customer service). I go back into the store and explain Aubrey she doesn't know how to her job and messed up my husbands phone and I had to call customer service for them to fix it. I asked if she can make it right and credit or refund my husband back $20 for the 2 sim cards she charged him for that didn't work she said nope not my problem. I looked at her and explained I could have just went up to walmart and got the kit myself she said well then you should have. I asked for the store owners number she gave me an email for Daniel escobar he never responded. Honestly should get people with cell phone service experience in the store. Also what found so unprofessional and actually illegal is the store manager and her associates telling customers why the other store manager was fired and why she was fired. I will never set foot in this store until people that work there actually know what they are doing. I have experience with all cell phone based on past jobs I would run that store better at least I know what I'm talking about and doing. Wish I could give a no stars
