First I found the other Verizon store off N. Eagle and even though it was tucked away, I walked in AND I AM NOT EXAGGERATING, there were TWENTY FIVE people in there ALL of them looking at there phones !! I quickly left and went back to my car. From there I CALLED Verizon Customer service and bought a phone OVER the phone, while 25 people were waiting inside for 2-3 Customer Service reps to help them. I asked for my new phone to be delivered to THIS, OTHER store and was expecting more of the same crowding, BUT then I went to THIS Verizon store and COULD NOT BELIEVE that there were absolutely NO customers inside this store, granted it was about an hour until closing GABRIELLA AND ALEXIS WERE AMAZING!! All the stuff from my old phone was quickly transferred to my new phone, phone case, screen protector and I was ready to go.!! GABRIELLA AND ALEXIS WERE THE BEST !! THANK YOU

- STStephanie TOct 18, 20251.0I went in to switch from AT&T to Verizon. Some dirty looking guy with yellow/green dyed hair “helped” me. He was completely rude. Punching buttons on his device and not saying a word. At one point I asked him what he was doing and he said “putting together a quote. I have to push buttons to do that.” He asked if I knew what phone I wanted and I said I wanted to stick with an iPhone. Again no other questions. He came up with a quote of 120 per month. I asked him to explain how he got there and things went down hill from there. He said that things “weren’t going to work.” And I got up to leave. As I walked out he said “have fun staying with AT&T. “ I went to the Verizon store on N Eagle and 45 mins later I walked out with a new phone and a bill 50% less than the dirty looking “sales person “ at the S Meridian store wanted to sign me up for. This store is a complete joke with employees that are dishonest and unprofessional. I will never walk into or recommend this location.
