They attempted to include their “bundle” in a free upgrade without disclosing that they were including it. When I said I wasn’t interested, their attitude went south. They were very high pressure to sell the bundle or any other number of accessories. Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store. Not this franchise. If I wanted a car buying experience, I would’ve gone to a dealership. Snake sales tactics. Actually made me less inclined to buy any accessories at all.
