  I visited this Verizon store today after being referred by a friend to work specifically with an employee named Devonte. I have no personal connection to him, but I wanted to ensure he received the commission for helping me. Because of my schedule, I was unable to come during regular hours and returned at around 7:30 PM to complete the transaction. During the process, the system repeatedly crashed and had to be rebooted, which caused delays for everyone involved. I completely understood this and appreciated that Devonte, two other employees, and the store manager stayed past closing — until around 9 PM — to help complete the transaction. However, what left me extremely disappointed was the behavior of one of the employees who had to stay late. For nearly the last 45 minutes, he was on his phone scrolling through whatever he wanted, and then openly complained about having to help a customer — while standing right in front of me and another employee. Hearing him speak negatively about the situation, especially while another employee was simply doing his job, felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. There was no sense of teamwork in that moment, and the attitude displayed was disheartening. It created a very unpleasant experience and left a negative impression of the store overall. I’ve never written a review before, but I felt strongly that this behavior needed to be addressed. No customer — and certainly no coworker trying to do their job — should be talked about in that manner. And because of that matter, I’m giving the store overall two stars out of five. I hope the situation can be looked at as a learning experience and also management to step in and get perspective from both sides and be better. I’ll give Devante and the business associate sales represent that helped Me five stars because I appreciate them still being kind and considerate about the situation. And I still will be conducting business with Verizon for a new line and phone service.

  Gabriella deserves a raise for bringing my blood pressure down. I walked in completely frazzled after doing a factory reset on my ipad, and not being able to get it up and running. I'm on a fixed income and couldn't afford to purchase a new one. She was an absolute sweetheart who solved all my problems and I walked out a happy customer. Gabriella absolutely made my day ... thank you, again!

  I attempted to upgrade a phone on the Verizon web site. After 2 days of no solutions, I went to the Verizon store. Brayan assisted me with resolving the problems I was having. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And was able to order and upgrade our phones.
