  I had an exceptional experience with my Verizon representative, Enis, and I feel compelled to recognize him for outstanding service. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure all my needs were met. He took the time to clearly explain my options, answered every question with patience, and went above and beyond to ensure I left confident and satisfied. What truly set him apart was his attitude and work ethic he treated my concerns as a priority and never rushed the process. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. Verizon would be lucky to have more representatives like him, and he absolutely deserves recognition and promotion for the level of care and excellence he brings to his role.

  10/10 experience. I usually dread switching any kind of service and have had especially poor experiences with cell carriers in the past, with hidden costs, fine print, and promos that don’t work out as expected. Ennis was fantastic—super patient with all of our questions, very transparent about every cost, and clearly focused on helping us get the best possible promos and rates. He explained both the upfront and monthly costs clearly, and everything ended up being lower than expected. If you’re considering switching to Verizon, I would absolutely recommend working with Ennis at the Eagle Road location.

  I forgot the heavyset gentleman's name: "(he)" helped me with what I needed, I felt cared for. He treated me like a sibling and not another customer. But: my S25+'s main screen's bottom added icon has become an unwanted feature that I cannot get rid of! I'm hoping that the outcoming S26+ will not come with features i can delete by being user friendly. All I factually like is the sustainability of the antenna source and data transfer scorce being top-notch!

  Went into the Verizon store to upgrade 2 of the lines on my account was asked to come back a different day because they would be closing in an hour and wouldn't have time to do what they needed to do in that time. Okay fine went back a few days later with multiple hours left before closing I don't remember the guys name that helped us but he was not very helpful felt like he was more interested in getting us out of the store than anything. According to him they didn't have 1 of the phones we wanted in stock so would it would be best to just ship both new phones to my house "they'll be there in 2 days he says" we decided to go that route now The tracking info shows it's going to be about 8 days till they deliver lol asked him about bringing the new phones in when we get them to have everything transferred from the old to the new "he says you can just do it yourself at home no need to come in" okay. Thanks for the help I guess. Asked about getting a case and screen protector while at the store and was told to just go on Amazon. Wow not the answer I'd want my employees to give after 20 plus years as a Verizon customer I'm not sure that's going to continue after this experience. Definitely will never be back at this store

  Three trips to Verizon store - no resolution. They scheduled appointments and once you got there for the appointment, they advised they didn't have (even though they scheduled the appointment), and failed to notify when products purchased (online) were available for pick-up. Customer service reps were unable or unwilling to assist as well as waited an extensive amount of time beyond appointment times - finally walked out. Would avoid this store at all costs!!! Horrible service.
