I told her I didn't need anything other than needing to hand her an envelope that didn't belong to me. She was getting it from me and let it go. It fell on the floor and said "we are closed!" Closed the door and left! If she took the time to see what I needed, she could have been nice enough to take it or say she couldn't take it. But shutting the door and walking away saying we are closed is just rude! This is why they can't keep representatives in this location! Update: Laura is her name. I went in to see if she would help me once the store was open. There were already two people in line outside the door waiting. I had to tell them the door was open. She would have just kept looking at us and not say anything. The kind guy that was there, Brian, helped me with what he could but needed her help. She then was telling him how to do it and I told her it wasn't my account. I was trying to explain to her before but she was rude. She said I didn't have to be rude and I could leave the store. Mind you she had someone in front of her. I told her I wasn't the one being rude! She said she couldnt do what I was asking for that only corporate could. I then told her that if she had only heard what I was asking her when she was rude to me she would have known what I was there for! She said, you're right, I'm sorry. We can't help you with that you'll have to call corporate. That is not good customer service!
