  We did a trade in with Rick and he did a great job guiding us through the confusion! Great costumer service, he explained everything coherently and helped simplify the nonsense that came with getting a new phone. Great job, Rick!

  Don’t trust that you can get in and out quickly; even if you ordered online and only need to pick up the package! They do not offer curbside like the email confirmation indicates. Calls to the General Manager and both Regional Directors went unanswered. Go to the Verizon store on Prairie and 95!!

  Sat waiting for 30 minutes while employees stood around and talked with eachother not doing anything. Instead of helping multiple customers that were waiting on a list. No hurry to help anyone and lied to us about our plan and hidden fees.

  I went in to see about an issue I was having with my phone as we've been verizon customers for decades. I said oitright that I did not want a new plan or new phone. I am happy with the phone I have and recently put $350 into a new screen. I have the Samsung S22 Ultra, which is not much different than the current model as far as settings go. I figure I pushed the wrong button. He looked at the settings but fumbled thru it, seeminly not knowin jack about the phone past the bells and whistles. No help, instead of fixing the issue, or finding someone more experienced in the store to help me. He started in on the sales pitch. Pushed my phone aside and said I needed a new one. I repeated several times during this encounter every time a new phone came up, and it was often, I repeated over and over that I did not want a new phone. I mean come on it's a Samsung and the top model of it's series, they don't just "wear out in a few years" After being barraged with sales pitch after sales pitch, I finally humored him to see if when he was done with his used car salesman spiel maybe we could get somewhere. I again asked if I we could get the problem figured. Nope right back to the sales pitch. I told him my wife handles all that stuff. I'll go somewhere to get this figured out. And that's the truth of it. After reading reviews about the other Verizon stores in the area, I think I'll go to Best Buy where I got it, or Staples or the like. One of those Geek Squad kids will fix it in a minute. Oh and the technical support phone line is a joke. Been on hold for 45 minutes and then it just dropped the call. So in closing, if you wanna buy a phone or update a plan, which ultimately ends up in buying a phone, then this cat is your man, but as far as anything that actually has to do with the phone except the bells and whistles, don't count on it. Note I didn't use anyone's name cause I have more respect.
