Everytime I’ve gone e in for help in filling out claim form to make sure I’m ordering correct screen protector I have received great assistance. Today going in for the 4th time I was told Cellular Sales isn’t allowed to help with that. Hope I did it correctly. I will not be happy if I ordered the wrong thing. I also hope they install the new protector like they have done in the past. I also think they should get rid of pure gear screen protectors. Even with an Otter Box case they still crack!
