I’ve needed a new phone for months but put it off because I’d rather be waterboarded instead. However, today my Verizon rep was Kayleigh and it was wonderful, truly magical. One of the best days of my life honestly; up there with the day I was paroled and the birth of my 7th child. She was a huge help, got me a couple great promotions and saved me money. She was a wizard at handling all the things with my phone transfer. She knows her stuff. While my data transferred to the new phone, she was fun to hang out with. Super cool and funny person. I would totally be her friend, but she’s so cool that I am not worthy of her friendship. She is easily the best person Verizon has hired since the “Can you hear me now?” Guy. She should probably be in upper management. I will only deal with Kayleigh now, I pledge my fealty to her. Should she leave Verizon one day, then so shall I.
