    My boyfriend and I visited yesterday and were assisted by Jordan. We’re still talking about how bizarre the experience was. We came in simply looking to upgrade our phones. My boyfriend was undecided between two models, so we asked if the salesperson could show us pricing differences. He agreed, but came back about 10 minutes later with a plan that included my phone choice, one of my boyfriend’s options, and a third phone line we never asked about. He told us that upgrading both phones and adding a third line would be the “cheapest option,” then suggested we “just put the third phone in a drawer or something.” We were completely confused, because that wasn’t what we requested. When we said no and asked again for the actual cheapest options for upgrading a phone, he kept pushing—repeating “Are you sure? Even if it saves you more in the long run?” The “savings” were only $6. I asked several questions because what he was explaining didn’t make sense. While putting together our plan, he called me “feisty,” simply for trying to understand what we were agreeing to. He also joked that I “only smile for my boyfriend.” This isn’t even everything, but overall, we left very disappointed. Jordan needs to learn how to read the room and be more considerate of customers. We won’t be returning unless we absolutely have to.

    Angel was absolutely fabulous in helping us add a line and new phone to my account. She thoroughly explained the info I needed to make valid decisions as we went along in the process. She was personable, informative and helpful without being at all pushy. I would definitely go to her for future Verizon business on my account!

    I went in on 11/3/25 and had a great experience. Checked in on the kiosk, was helped in a few minutes by Nicole who not only handled my request but also helped at least 3 other customers, whether it was checking them in or diagnosing their issue(s) to get them in the right place. Nicole resolved my issue and did so quickly. It was impressive to see her manage that morning push of customers while also taking care of me. Thanks Nicole 🤙🏼

    If I could give zero I would. I was looked down upon as soon as I walked in the door. When it was my turn in queue, the "gentalman" who came to assist did not introduce himself, so I do not know his name. I layed out my billing issue of Verizon forcing a buy out of my device, to which he told me that there is nothing they can do in store with their equipment. He would not offer additional options, or really show much care for the situation.
