Place is a joke went to pay my final bill after switching to AT&T and they acted like they couldn’t help me at all and told me to just call the service number! Isn’t this store supposed to specialize in this stuff? Don’t waste your time I figured out how to do what they couldn’t online in 10 minutes!

Made the 1.5 hour drive from past Sandpoint to specifically visit a corporate store for the changes we needed to our business account. We didn’t even get past the doors where Jordan was standing. When I attempted to tell him what our purpose was and that we’d come a long distance he cut me off and said to call 611 and have them handle it. I tried to ask another question and again was told to call 611 from our phones on the way home. Worst experience ever with a corporate facility. Kudos to Owen at the franchise store in Sandpoint for taking the time to listen, answer our questions and complete our requests professionally.

This store has provided horrible customer service. These associates have no clue as to what they are doing. We recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. We went in to pay our final bill today with the cards that t-mobile provided because Verizon sent us our final bill. Well, this store said they could not accept the full bill because they could not locate it on their end. Weird. They said they could accept a payment less than $500 and then we would have to wait a few days to pay the rest. We paid what they would accept after discussing how ridiculous it is that we can see a final bill but they can’t on their end. Seems odd. But ok. A few hours later we get an email from Verizon saying they will charge our checking account $900 for our final bill. Seems odd that all of a sudden they can charge our checking account but not take the payment with the other card we attempted to make. My husband called in and asked to speak to the manager to see if they could stop this transaction and explained that we were in the store just a few hours ago trying to pay with a different card. Cailey was who he spoke to. Cailey, who is the manager, said she could not do anything about this and provided very little help and support. Cailey, as a manager and someone that provides customer service for a living, I suggest you train your employees better and I recommend you try harder for a better experience with your store. Be helpful. By the way the situation was treated I am assuming this just happens often. Please work on communicating better and setting better expectations for your customers. Maybe try offering better training when your store employees are giving wrong or inaccurate advice. These are things that could be easily avoided.

I'm changing to a 4 due to how they handled an error. Although frustrating and time-consuming, the correction was handled with professionalism, sincere apologies and expeditiously. I received a better plan and payment than I expected when I started the process and due to our business was assigned a direct contact that was very good about follow-up and honest advice. Thank you for turning a bad experience into one that merits noting.

My boyfriend and I visited yesterday and were assisted by Jordan. We’re still talking about how bizarre the experience was. We came in simply looking to upgrade our phones. My boyfriend was undecided between two models, so we asked if the salesperson could show us pricing differences. He agreed, but came back about 10 minutes later with a plan that included my phone choice, one of my boyfriend’s options, and a third phone line we never asked about. He told us that upgrading both phones and adding a third line would be the “cheapest option,” then suggested we “just put the third phone in a drawer or something.” We were completely confused, because that wasn’t what we requested. When we said no and asked again for the actual cheapest options for upgrading a phone, he kept pushing—repeating “Are you sure? Even if it saves you more in the long run?” The “savings” were only $6. I asked several questions because what he was explaining didn’t make sense. While putting together our plan, he called me “feisty,” simply for trying to understand what we were agreeing to. He also joked that I “only smile for my boyfriend.” This isn’t even everything, but overall, we left very disappointed. Jordan needs to learn how to read the room and be more considerate of customers. We won’t be returning unless we absolutely have to.
