    Maria and Nathalie these young ladies were amazing they got me in and out on my lunch time and about 30 minutes which was excellent and they hook me up with four new lines in that same timeline these gals are awesome thank you so much!!

    After being overseas for quite a while, the first American cellphone I purchased was at this very dealer back in 2020 (shout out to Jamie who helped me then) and now, after 5 long years, I finally came back into the Criket store to get an upgrade! Thank you so much to Maria - she helped me navigate the process and helped me back up my device and get everything transfered over (which I was worried about). Since I'd never backed things up before, we spent about half an hour waiting for everything to upload, but the actual upgrade itself only took five minutes! If I'd known it would be this easy, I would have visited sooner for sure. Thanks so much Criket on Milwaukee; you guys have been like old faithful - no problems with billings or service in a handful of different countries and across the states - faithfully, I'll be back again in another few years!

    Rude Staff and Unfair Charges, The customer service was awful, and the employees clearly don’t know what their doing. On top of that, they charged for things I didn’t even ask for, and no one explained why. In the end, our problem wasn’t even solved — instead, they told us to just go back to Verizon. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, and I definitely won’t be coming back.
