    Macaula was so helpful and friendly!! I would recommend kudos for her if you have an award program. I will definitely deal with her going forward. Such a nice lady. She is good for your business!!!

    Went in to see what I could do with my phone due to it breaking. I thought I had lost everything, but Macayla assured me that she would do everything in her power to try to get it back and she did an amazing job! I will continue to come back to this Verizon store! If you have any issues go see Macayla !

    Ethan comes across very strongly when responding in open dialogue. He micromanages his employee’s when they were doing an outstanding job serving me. If you have to visit this location, talk to Makayla. She seems very well knowledged and I wouldn’t have left if it wasn’t for Ethan’s rudeness.
