They are amazing. We were having problems activating a phone from warranty claim and went into the store and they got all taken care of and helpful. Super nice people and very knowledgeable. Our favorite Verizon store to go to. 😊

If i could leave a lower review I could. I RARELY leave any reviews but with the extremely poor support I received today, I felt the need to make others aware. I bought an unlocked phone due to my phone being lost/stolen and needed to simply have them sign me in and activate. When I checked on VERIZONS OWN SITE it stats the IMEI number is unlocked and when checking everywhere else, it is also showing unlocked. I spoke to numerous reps online and all told me this phone is good to go but due to a nationwide outage to their service, they needed me to go to a store. My rep had no interest in helping me and just wanted to upsell me to a new line and phone and pay an additional $12-1500 out of pocket as well as an additional $75/month for my family plan.
I am very well aware of the technology and how IMEI works as I have assisted in setting up phone plans with a large company before and this was completely unacceptable. I had to drive to iowa city to get my phone activated by their reps as the ones here had no interest in actually helping.

Zero starts would be more appropriate. They took 3 nearly new phones for a promo and then 4 months in they took all the promo credits back and told me the sales person Jennifer "Dan"i Richards made promises she couldn't actually keep. Verizon would not stand behind the salesperson and are now saying I made up the trade in details. Avoid Verizon at any cost. I wish I had.
The entire staff has been told to deflect and make excuses like the person you need to talk to is on personal leave or vacation. Some of them will lie to your face and then call you a lier when they break promises.
I tried the link to submit the report and it says the site doesn't exist. I tried on my phone and my sons (mine is android, his Apple) and desktop computer.

I visited the store for a cellular issue. Someone on my family plan made a phone upgrade with a plan change without notifying me while I was on a work trip. Nick of the Muscatine Verizon store was very helpful and fixed the issue within minutes. I am very appreciative of Nick’s help and for any phone needs, I will visit this store.

So, came in for an upgrade and started working with Jaden. He ended up finding an error in our account. Bless his heart, he spent nearly 3 hours with us to get it done. He is a heck of an asset to your store!
