The staff (Waroon is fantastic) helped us navigate some complex issues when switching 3 new phones. Eventually, we all went home with phones we could use with zero problems.

They called a manager on our plan for approval and hung up on him when he couldn't send them a picture of his i.d. In all my 22 years with Verizon I have never been asked to send a picture of my i.d and after calling into Verizon they said they don't need a photo i.d. these 2 men at this location didn't want to help because there was no sale involved. Sorry to say there are 2 less phones on my plan now. Horrible Horrible customer service.....shame on you!!!
