- KMKatelyn MuthNov 15, 20251.0I wish I could give you zero stars. We showed up an hour before closing with 3 employees working and two people being helped, leaving an additional employee. The employee, a long haired male with glasses sat in the back for an hour until it was time to clock out while we waited to get help. We ended leaving because the store closed. Again, after we waited a full hour with a fully capable employee sitting in the back. Not to mention we drove 45 minutes to get there and 45 minutes back home. What a disgraceful employee. Is this really what Verizon wants their name to look like? If the employee doesn’t want to make commissions, that’s fine then go work at McDonalds where people don’t count on you to do more than flip a burger. Hire better employees!
