- MKMarlea KarnsSep 30, 20241.0I'm thinkin' I should of done more looking into the company before goin with them. But I will be looking for another company. You're service sucks, for what it cost. It is crap, for data just paid my bill and it's already used most of my data. I want to get a different service plan as soon as I can. Out of the different service providers, this is just Lousy. You can't watch anything shows or videos etc and next thing you know you are gettin' a notice telling you: you have used most of your data. I will not be goin forward with this company. I've called, asked about this issues and get nothing but excuses and I'm so Over It. So don't wasted your hard earned money on Cricket Wireless it's Crap and don't Care about there customers just there numbers an money so there bottom line not looking out for their customers.
