This is by far the absolute worse place to go for Verizon. I walked in no wait said I wanted to upgrade to an iPhone 17 pro MAX. I would prefer to not have orange, he goes oh crazy we just got the blue ones in. Handed me the estimate paper never explained anything but the number I saw was 70$ I paid over 200$. I went home to switch my phone and realized he didn’t give me a pro max he gave me a pro. Went back in told him he gave me the wrong one and that I wanted the max and I told him that, he proceeded to then inform me well we don’t have any. I got screwed out of 50$ from a man that doesn’t listen has zero remorse for his screw up and a manager(female) who also had no remorse no empathy just oh well tough luck. Add on top of that he switched my phone plan without my consent or even asking me or explaining anything. And you can’t tell me that a manager can’t bypass an upgrade fee for a loyalty customer, or a restock fee for their screw up. Absolutely worthless people in that building. That store is why I don’t upgrade.

Everytime I’ve been to this god awful store has been a nightmare. 8 people hiding in the back while there is 1 or or 2 employees trying to help people. I’m switching to T mobile.
