I went there with a plan in mind, the sales rep tried to get me to add bunch of things which I refused. We went over the bill overview and at no point he told me that I will be charged close to $500 on my first bill. I got the most basic plan and I was supposed to pay $160 a month. On my first bill, apparently he added the insurance which pushed my bill to $230 a month. I walked away the day I switched confirming that my bill was $160 a month. I didn’t know Verizon teaches its employees to scam customers and hide hidden fees from them. Imagine waking up one day and seeing $500 disappear from your account. I spoke to the customer service and Al was amazing and helped me relieve some of the outrageous charges. I will be switching carriers ASAP.
