- NGNic GeerNov 30, 20251.0Place is a joke district manger I believe that I did NOT want the protect on my phone and added it anyways. Was very overly pushy bout things. I was ok with phone case & screen protector but the speaker and other things were very unnecessary! Price of the shitty items are insane! My phone bill was never the same either. I left that company so fast. And I’d recommend everyone else too!

Went to get a new phone told the short haired lady(believe her name was Diamond the district manger) I didn’t need cricket protect and she added it anyways, went back told her I didn’t need it she kept it on there after I left. She also tried to add a bunch of shit I didn’t need ( speaker,charger, phone mount, portable charger.) never again will I or anyone ik spend another dollar with them! Bunch of rip offs!
