I went in the other day to this store because I needed my records printed. After calling another store in Ankeny, they referred me to this one, because it’s the “corporate store”. Then an employee who seemed like she had better things to do referred me to a phone number. She said “we can only print 1 months or records”. When I say she was eager to help me, that’s a lie. After calling the number, the customer service line told me to go back to the store to get my records printed. This is why I disconnected all my phone lines. That and the outrageous hidden fees. The company as a whole is too big and will never fall. But I do hope more and more people leave. With every conversation, small talk, and discussion I have about phone companies, I will always make it very clear how terrible my experience was with Verizon. Every time I have to interact with any of them, it’s the absolute worst customer service ever. I have NEVER had a good experience with Verizon. And that’s why I will never come back. Should be 0 stars.

John had a man outside screaming about who knows what. I say that because John came in with a smile on his face and a friendly hello. He never mentioned the rude customer. Mostly I want to say it was a wonderful experience. John's service was exceptional!
