    I attempted to open a new account and do trade-ins over the phone with Verizon (not the local staff). Whatever happened, my account and the trade-in got super messed up. So, I went to the store to talk to a local person and get help. They spent hours on the phone with Verizon on my behalf going to bat for me and making it happen. It took two weeks to get everything on my account sorted out but they were kind, friendly, apologetic, and dare I say kinda fun? Ultimately, all my issues were with Verizon as a company and the help line people. If I could give that a rating, it wouldn't be so favorable. But the help I got in the store, Especially from Jen, Ashley, and Carter was fantastic. You may have issues with Verizon, sure. But the folks her are kind, good people who will do their best to help you out. So, next time you're ticked off at Verizon and go to the local store, cut this team some slack. They're there to help and they're good at it.

    I was sweating bullets when my new Zfold 7 wouldn't charge. Kristin listened to my untrained assessment, grabbed some tools, and fixed the issue in less than five minutes. She was fantastic!

    This is going to be a long one, gang. First, we were helped by a sales person in a timely manner, which is great. Things really went downhill from there. First we had a trainee employee, which is fine and he really tried his best, but it took 2 1/2 hours to do our appointment. We got through with everything and left fairly happy. We came back the next day to return our trade-ins and were told there was a "glitch" all day that gave everyone $1100 trade-in values, but that was the incorrect amount and it only snuck through because our guy was new. The trainee checked in at every step in the process with other workers, and the store manager literally stood over his shoulder during the final processing and printing of contracts. Now they are saying that our signed contract with the $1100 trade in value for each phone is invalid and we have to pay an additional $600 per phone. Then the person assisting us seemed surprised when I said "no, we have a signed contract that needs to be honored." I never raised my voice once but she started backing up like I was yelling. Then she said the manager will give us a call to resolve everything. I waited a few days and then called Verizon support because no call ever came. They never made a note on the account to call us to resolve it... I don't know if this is incompetence or sheer not caring at all on their part, but I have gone from patiently waiting to resolve this with their manager to red hot furious. I won't enter the store again because if I do I'm just going to start yelling at people. And ladies and gentlemen, I never yell at sales people or people in the service industry. There is no excuse for lying to someone just to get them out of your store which will cause problems down the road when our trade-ins aren't received because we were waiting for a call.
