The representative added two extra lines on our account without our permission, they also opted us in for Verizon mobile Protection for all our lines also without our permission. Also charged us a set up and go service, even after I told them that I will be the one setting up the phone and not them, I was just there to pick up the phones. The promotion we were promised was also not honored, promised the $1,100 credit instead only received $600. The representative also ordered an extra 4 phones on our account without permission, those orders are now sitting as pending and they are not canceling them. Terrible experience, once they got you on the hook and got their bonus for signing you up for all the extra stuff good luck on trying to get customer service to fix and refund everything they did.
