Every time I have visited the Lahaina Verizon over the past 4 years, everyone that works there has been so helpful! All the people that work there are efficient & kind. I highly recommend the Lahaina verizon for whatever you need!

I walked in on 10/14 just to ask a couple of questions regarding my business account (had to confirm cancellation of my order for iPhone 17PM). JJ was attentive and helped me right away. I was then introduced to Bronson, who was able to get me this elusive Orange 17PM right then and there, zero wait! I was shocked as this was unexpected, but so so happy I wouldn’t have to pre-order again! Bronson and JJ help me set up/transfer my phone/phones. The customer service was so good that I stayed a bit longer to add an additional line to my account and set up another device. Biggest thank you to you guys!

NOT RECOMMEND!!!, spent 4 hours on the phone with an customer service agent from corporate verizon trying to get a phone and get the $830 credit off the the new iphone with a trade in. After waiting forever becuase he claimed his system was loading. By the way what system take 1 hour to refresh a page when your supposed to be the fastest carrier. Furthmore after wasting the whole day on the phone he said he could only get us $300 off with a trade in. All he needed to was say if you increase your plan to the unlimted you would get the $830. After being thoroughly disappointed with the corporate verizon representative i went in store to get the new 17 pro but the representative told me they didn't have it in stock and that we can either drive to kahului and get it or he would get it for us and have it at the store by 9am today. We could have gone to kahului for it but it would be another 2 hours drive so we decided to wait. We both had to work the following day at 9:30am so with a brief window of time to get my phone today my girlfriend showed up and the representative simple said "he forgot it". He processed the order the day before to secure the sale. I'm aware of this process since I used to work with verizon. But in the mean time after we left the store my girlfriends phone didn't work. Couldn't make call or text to people or receive them unless in wifi (iphones only i have a Samsungso i could get ahold of her period) we stressed that the phone needed to work after leaving the store since she needed it for work. How this happened is becuase the imei on the device remained the same but since the new phone has a esim it activated on the new one. So with that being said shes needed her phone to make calls and now she had no phone and we're driving to the kahului on the otherside of the island to get a phone that was promised to us today. Thanks verizon your customer service is unmatched compared to the IRS. Because of this and many other errors or increases in my bill randomly this is the last straw. Ive been with verizon for years and I will be pulling all my devices from my business account and person to another carrier once my contracts are fulfilled.

My wife and I were on vacation in Maui back in May of 2025 and her phone broke. We went into the local Verizon store to obtain a replacement. That is where we met Bronson and Jeff. They were very nice and recommended this new program that just was released that week. We ended up with 4-phones, 3-IPads and 3- watches. They quoted us what our monthly phone bill would be and we left for our resort very happy. However, we received a notice from Verizon what our next bill would be and it was substantially higher than what we were quoted. I contacted Jeff and he indicated that it could be a couple of billings before the amount would be adjusted to what we agreed to. Now, my wife and I have been with Verizon for over twenty years. We have never treated badly and always promote Verizon as the best carrier to have. After a period of time it didn’t look like our bill was getting close to what we agreed to so we contacted Bronson and he put us in contact with customer service. Bronson has been very supportive throughout this process but we seem to be getting nowhere. I have been in contact with customer service on a number of occasions. They have transferred me to Retention and Fraud, which doesn’t make sense to me. Anyway, the last customer service representative I spoke to indicated I needed to take the matter up with the store. Since we live in Arizona and we made the purchase in Hawaii any contact is over the phone. Bronson set up a time with us to speak with the regional manager (Taylor) on 9/25/2025 anytime after 4:00 PM our time which was 1:00 PM Hawaii time. I have not received a callback as of yet. Pretty much all appointments made with Verizon or guaranteed callbacks have not transpired except those from Bronson. I would expect a company the size of Verizon to stand behind what they or their business associates have committed too. That is all that I ask.

My phone was damaged while on vacation in Maui. We went to the Verizon store on a busy Saturday morning, and the staff was great, Luke and JJ were very attentive and helpful, they obviously had their hands full with a lot of customers, but they did a great job.
