They can cause inconveniences on your account that only a corporate store can alleviate. My husband and I had the worst experience at this location. We visited their store 4 times in one week only to be told at the end that our account is flagged for fraud & they can’t help us. They failed to accept responsibility (that their actions on the backend flagged our account for fraud) & blamed it on our request to increase gigabyte storage on our new phones. Not only is their lack of knowledge a disappointment, the customer service of the store manager Nicole is appalling. She lacks communication skills, professionalism, and empathy. Her behavior towards us made us feel that we were inconveniencing her and not once did she apologize for the inconvenience they caused us. Again, we went to their store 4 times in one week! As a manager of the store, Nicole should be held to a different regard and be retrained. Her attitude, mannerisms and customer service skills influences those under her and they were not impressive at all.
