    Do not do a phone order to this location. What was supposed to be a 1 hour pick up, turned into a multiple day ordeal because the store didn’t want to process it. This location was blaming corporate and telling me to call customer service, CS told me it wasn’t them, and that everything was good on corporates end. After a few hours wasted with CS, a CS rep told me it’s a tactic authorized retail locations do to get customers to cancel and just order in store so they get the commission. Stay away from this stay and just go to the corporate location at Kapolei commons. They won’t do shady bullshit time wasting tactics to get a commission.

    We came in to ask about our family plan and how to transfer lines on/off. The other workers were busy with other customers understandably, so we had the manager. We assumed he must've had a bad day cause the conversation was too short to have an attitude. It's an inconvenience for us to drive further but unless Verizon transfers this guy to another branch DON'T come here, yikes! 😬
