This place is great m, now we have Dr. Koperna and she is wonderful. We’ve been going to the vet since I was in high school and I’m still going to this vet 15 years later with my own dog. I highly recommend this vet. They are a caring and very great staff and the care club is definitely worth it.

Crummy useless vet clinic. Tried to bring the dog I’m sitting in to cut one, count it, one single tangle I could not get out. It was super painful and right at the skin. Employees were unempathetic. Only cared about money tried to charge over $50 to take one minute to cut one knot. Would not come again

Incredibly overpriced and last time I was there for the free first time visit, the vet spent maybe 5 minutes with my pup. Would not go back.

I brought my fur baby in to see Dr. Traversi for the first time and I am still glowing about the experience. From the moment he walked into the exam room I was overcome with his masculine confidence and presence. His handshake was welcoming and the warmth of his grip matched the warmth of his smile when he shook my hand. "This won't hurt a bit," Dr. Traversi said, as he vaccinated my baby but it was as if he was really talking to me, and when he looked up after giving the shots it was like his eyes saw into my soul and he understood all of my fears and anxieties of being a new pet parent. In that moment Dr. Traversi had this dominant control of the entire room and I found myself hanging on every word he said. I felt something watching Dr. Traversi handle my sweet baby with his strong strong hands and I requested an appointment every six months, even though he graciously told me I didn't need to come back for a year. I've been thinking about the way he said "well, then I'll see you in six months!" ever since I walked out the door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I adopted two kittens from the Humane Society and they came with free VCA visits. One of the babies was very sick but they didn't give him the meds he needed on the first visit causing him to suffer unnecessarily. They only gave him eye lubricant and vitamins. Also, the male doc said the vaccines would be covered on the first visit, and then upon checkout they said they were not covered and charged me way more than the vet down the street would have for the same vaccines. I was trapped and forced to pay as you can't unvaccinate kittens. My kitten didn't get better (obviously) and they said the second visit was still covered so I came back instead of going somewhere else to save money since the first visit was so expensive I couldn't afford another until payday, and the poor kitten needed get on meds asap. When when I arrived for the second visit I still had credits on my account, but when I went to check out, the staff said I didn't and again tried to charge me full price. Luckily a female doc was walking past and saw the screen and confirmed she had seen my credit earlier AND SOMEONE HAD DELETED IT WHILE I WAS THERE. There are other amazing vets in the area that care more for an animals welbeing, don't have issues with what's covered or not so I'm never surprised with a big bill after a visit, and they cost less. Don't make the mistake I did with free VCA visits after an adoption from HHS, just find a good vet on day one.
