    I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 18 years. Went to this store in September to replace and upgrade my cell phone. I thought everything went well until I got my bill. A new phone line was created on my account along with other monthly charges for perks I did not ask for. I look on MyVerizon and I now have 2 numbers on 2 devices. My old number on my new phone (check) and a new number attached to my old phone that I had exchanged at the store and hadn't had since then. I call Verizon customer service and they say the store did this and it should have never been done. They say they disconnected the line. They didn't. I get my bill after the "line disconnection" and I have now been charged a $12.00 a day travel pass for the month of December on...MY OLD PHONE that I handed to the store in September of last year. Apparently there was no activity on that device from September to November but someone started using it in December...on my dime. I call Verizon again and they cut the phone line again and they say I have to go to this store to get refunded because the store did all of the account changes. YES, I have to go to the store that defrauded me and trust them to rectify the situation and refund me the money. Cooooooooool! How can I trust the store management or Verizon as a company? I would LOVE an answer...
