We had some issues with our old service during the process, and although it took a few hours, she was able to get it all taken care of for us, and get us all set up. She was kind, professional, and did an awesome job! We would recommend this Verizon store to anyone and will only use this store whenever we need services. All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and made our experience very positive.
