My wife and I upgraded our phones at this Verizon / Victra location. Connor was very knowledgeable and helped guide us to make the right choice. Since we had our existing phones for quite a while, we were both eligible for free phones and made it clear we both wanted new phones for little to no cost while keeping our monthly bill low. He helped with our setup but upon checking out we were surprised we were paying much more than the taxes on the phones. He neglected to tell us about the set up and go fees and phone balance fees that amounted to about $100 for the both of us. When I asked him about it, he pointed to a small sign on a separate table about the set up and go service. But the sign never listed a fee for the service and he couldn't even explain what the phone balance fee was for. It was very disappointing because he clearly misled us from knowing about these fees until checkout. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is that I contacted Victra afterwards and they eventually refunded me the $100 for those fees. In the future, please make sure your associates and your store signage are upfront about any and all fees you will charge your customers!

At first, I had a great experience trading in my iPhone. I paid off the remaining balance, got a credit for my old phone and knew about the activation charges for each device that would be on my next bill. The guy opened up my iPhone and started setting it up. Then, as I was leaving, they changed me an in-store charge of $175.
The guy said it was a special charge for this location since they’re not an actual “Verizon” store. What the hell?! You didn’t tell me this when I confirmed everything that I would be paying—and I asked many times. Apparently there is a charge for each device setup (even the “free” iPad). This store completely took advantage of me, LIED, and then charged me $175 for nothing. They didn’t even ask if I wanted to do the transfer myself, which I always do anyway. Absolutely ridiculous and I don’t recommend ANYONE going to this store.

Came in to replace my lifetime replacement glass face shield for my phone. Lifetime replacement no longer valid. 4 replacement shields no longer valid. Bought $40.00 replacement, salesperson cracked glass says I have to make a claim with the manufacturer costing $10.00. Really feel ripped off.
