The manager, Adam, also informed me of a promotion to upgrade my current phone, which I wound up doing as well. To no fault of the manager, Adam, I was unable to transfer the service to my new line when I arrived home that evening. I came back the following day, and Adam worked with me to get the issue fixed. Adam was extremely patient and helpful. He made it a very positive experience for me. He is an excellent manager for this branch and I am thankful for his help and service.
