  The store is nice, but be care on what they are selling. They will pitch you a full package with no detail, and even when asked, they falsified information. We have corrected the account already through Verizon online. If you are signing up here, get full breakdown of your bill on paper as they will charge you various things. What a poor experience.

  I wouldn’t recommend making any purchases here if there’s any chance you might want to return an item. That seems to be a task that cannot be carried out without the manager’s presence. Of the 5 times I went, there was no manager present. The good news is that they are willing to set up a scheduled appointment with the manager during working hours to make a return. There’s no way to contact anyone of managerial or higher up levels. Fortunately there is a customer service line that can be found with diligent research. After a long waiting time, this kind agent offered me sympathy and told me that they would look into things and get back to me. It has been 2 months but I’m still hopeful that the sympathetic man will one day reach back out to me.

  The older gentleman man with the glasses (I forget his name- darker skin) he drives a motorcycle and is retiring soon in February I believe. He was so kind and patient assisting my mom every step of the way with her Asurion device replacement claim. You hardly see good customer service now days but when you do it stands out. Great job!

  I couldn't be more happier with the service at Verizon Moanalua. We had some unpleasant experiences on the phone and other stores, and this whole experience made up for it. All the employees were fantastic. We were greeted at the door, which doesn't always happen. Reg was super helpful and was so patient and empathetic. Not only did we get everything we needed four our new phones, but Reg took it a step further when he saw my kids were tired and hungry and told us to get some food while he processes the order and get our phones prepared. We were eating at a restaurant, and I see Reg walk up, assuming that he was having lunch at the same restaurant for his lunch break. Then, I realized he was carrying a giant Verizon bag with tons of goodies for the kids along with our phones. I've been to this store twice and was satisfied both times, but this experience definitely kicked it up a notch. Now, I know where to go for all our cell phone needs.
