Wasn't able to get the phone, but everyone tried to help out my situation as much as possible--and a personal thanks to Carol. Was going to miss my flight out if she hadn't ordered an uber for me to head back to my place to check out in time. Personable, friendly, and good people here

Your efficient process is not efficient, right now.. 2 reps standing laughing. I had a simple phone return and dude went to the back to make poop or something.
