    I’m a 10 year tech expert. Verizon is a total ripoff. They don’t even have 5G service on majority of the east side of Hawaii and even major parts of the west side. They are far behind T-mobile and ATT. It makes no logical sense buying an expensive phone and not getting at least basic 5G coverage. Don’t buy!

    Absolutely a nightmare.. I have now spent over 9hours, 4 consecutive days, and over 10 representatives.. There is no communication between asurion and verizon. Phone is under warranty, and i pay for insurance.. still no help... Save your time and money and go to any other carrier.

    Extremely poor service. Beyond poor service. We drove 56 miles to from out of town to help my wife cousin who is a a shut in and in mobile to get a new phone since it broke. We arranged it on line that we could get pick up his phone at this Hilo location and that we could be his representative to pick it up. We get there. We stated that we are here to pick up the phone for our cousin. The representative told us us . We are not allowed to pick it up. My wives cousin had to come in personally. We told him he's a shut in and immobile. And it was arranged on the phone to pickup there. He was totally unreasonable. We even showed him the numbers for pickup. Never, never do business with the Hilo store.
