Before picking up the order, I called their customer service and was told that my husband could pick it up at the store as long as he brought proof of marriage. However, when he arrived, the manager refused to release the item because she said the marriage certificate might be fake! My husband even showed his IDs and everything. Out of frustration, he ended up canceling the order. So, I placed another order online and paid an extra $12.99 for next-day delivery to our home. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the item would actually arrive after four days instead of one! This happened during the holidays, and we wanted to use the speaker for our celebration — that’s why we needed it as soon as possible.
