Was just charged $600 for a phone because no one could help me return the device. Despite customer service saying that I would not be charged and would be sent a return label while with the store clerks who again could not do anything to help, I was charged and the return label was never sent. I will NEVER use this location again and am now considering switching carriers altogether because of them.
