He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything thoroughly while still providing fast and efficient service. At one point while he was helping me, another customer came in and specifically requested Kevin to assist her as well, and she shared how helpful he always is; which really spoke volumes about his consistency and professionalism. Kevin remained just as polite, patient, and attentive with her as he was with me. What stood out most was his genuineness. He truly cares about making sure customers understand what’s happening and feel comfortable throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I usually don’t enjoy going into the Verizon store and honestly hadn’t been in years, but this experience completely changed that. I may have to stop in more often if Kevin is available to help. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

If they suspect you are not there to buy a phone or start service with them, their attitude switches immediately. I didn’t get the employees name, but she was a female (the only female worker in the store at that time). I told her I was there to trade my device in (I already have my new phone, just bringing in the old device), she spoke to me like I was an idiot. Made me feel bad for not shutting my phone off. Then when I told her I had bought the phone from Best Buy, she looked at my old phone in disgust and told me I couldn’t trade it in with them. She didn’t give me any instructions or advice. I called customer service got it figured out! Thank goodness!

I was not going to purchase without knowing cost because Verizon changed my plan before. He was not helpful and very unprofessional at his duties.
