    Very pleasant. The process was long for 3 phones, one ipad plus internet. His paperwork seemed repetitive. Also was not told all about internet; said “plug and play.” It’s not that easy. (Connect to Verizon; scan QR CODE, password…).

    I would give zero stars. Went to Tucker ga and everyone who came in after me was helped before me. Rep knew nothing and provided me with incorrect pricing information. Everyone who asked for a discount was given a discount. I asked them how long they said 5 minutes which ended up being over an hour and I was in the middle of a move. I completed a survey and it said someone would call me back and no one did. I then called a number waited over an hour at best to speak with a supervisor who said they would call me back and didn’t. No one in Tucker told me how to access streaming services or other things. I have been the victim of racism. Monica and Danny are horrible. I could go on and on but I probably only have so many words. They should shut this store down immediately. I am sick but am trying to get assistance and no one is helping me. I have also called Verizon's customer service number and each time I spoke with someone else (I have no idea how many times I've been transferred) they asked me to explain my complaint as though they had no idea what I was talking about. One time, I was speaking with a Supervisor (Cynthia) and she said she would call me back. I was frustrated with her and stated that I was headed to a store several miles out the way while sick. She said she would call me back but I was in the store and traveling on the road and after she said she'd call me back--she never did. Yesterday, I called and same situation. Please explain why you are calling. I don't know how many people I spoke to but was transferred to a Level 2 Representative after speaking to several people--who once again asked me to explain why I was calling. The Level 2 Representative (Sophie or Sophia) sounded very hollow, shallow, insincere, scripted and as though my concern was not high on her priority list. One of the reps upgraded me claiming that in a week my device would no longer work claiming he had done all he could do. The Level 2 Representative and I were talking and we were very far off and she disconnected the call and hung up on me. I called back, requested a call with the Level 2 Representative and that callback was scheduled for today. My phone rang late probably close to 30 minutes past the appointment time and they said the Representative who was supposed to call me back was unavailable. I tried to speak with someone and that call was disconnected as well. I wish I had kept a list of all the dates and times that I've called your pathetic excuse good for nothing, racist, discriminatory, unprofessional and not helpful company. I'll be shocked if you are any different. Thanks a lot for nothing. PS: I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and many other organizations. Good luck. I spoke with Kierra in HR and she stated that she would have a District Manager contact me. That District Manager stated that they would call the store locally to me to speak with a Manager and resolve my issues. Instead, I received a phone call from Monica, the racist employee what was disgruntled and rude to me. She claimed that her phone was about to die even though she was on-site in Tucker (shouldn't that location have phone chargers around being that it is Verizon) and at the earliest point that she could end the call without fully helping me--she did. No Manager has bothered to follow up with me to schedule my appointment in store with another Manager to fully resolve my issues. Kierra in HR, I have been speaking with her for awhile now and she claims that the District Manager who called me closed my case notes meaning that no more assistance was needed. That District Manager specifically stated that they would schedule my appointment with another Manager close to me and I gave her my availability for that weekend to do it. Kierra has not followed up with me and I have sent her another text for assistance. I am outraged with Verizon, their subpar products and their lackluster service. I will be reporting this organization to other organizations. TAKE NOTE
