    THIS VERIZON IN LAWRENCEVILLE IS NOT A GOOD LOCATION. THIS STORE SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE IPHONE 16 PRO, AND REFUSE TO FIX THE ISSUE! I PAY $180 A MONTH TO BE UNABLE TO CONSISTENTLY MAKE CALLS AND HAVE TO USE MY DATA INTERMITTENTLY. THEN WE HAD A FULL DAY WITHOUT SERVICE THAT AFFECTED MILLIONS. THIS IS NOT AMERICA'S BEST NETWORK ANYMORE!!!! I IMPLORE YOU TO LOOK AT OTHER WIRELESS CARRIERS. YOU'LL SAVE TIME, MONEY, AND HAVE ADDED PEACE OF MIND. I warned you.

    Although the Customer Service experience when you call Verizon has not been great at all, Gia redeemed my trust in Verizon! She made sure my upgrade/trade-in was successful even after the store was closed! She was not leaving until the whole process was completed and all my services were properly working. It's reps like her that make me believe good Customer Service still exists.
