We had a difficult situation dealing with our credit locks and freezes and spent way too much time sorting that out. She was extremely patient with us despite the frustrations (not just for us but def for her too) and was able to get us a great deal. I think it's also worth noting her knowledge about all the plans, devices, current promos, and add-on combinations, which made getting the plans and devices we want easy. Brittnee I hope you are reading this or hear about it because we sincerely appreciate your help!

THIS IS NOT AMERICA'S BEST NETWORK ANYMORE!!!! I IMPLORE YOU TO LOOK AT OTHER WIRELESS CARRIERS. YOU'LL SAVE TIME, MONEY, AND HAVE ADDED PEACE OF MIND. I warned you.

Your on the employees time unfortunately everyone at this location should be fired including the managers. The store is all over the place and doesn’t provide great communication nor customer service experience if your near this location keep going it’s a T-mobile down the street and a AT&T across the street don’t waste your time.
