Whoever the manager was working Dec 2 at 12 noon that spoke with me was her. She was very rude short and dismissive as I was considering switching from T-Mobile to Verizon for the 17 pro max. I asked for product availability and she refused saying “we may or may not have it just depends.” How unprofessional! She even talks to other guest while still on the phone with me trying to sell product. When I brought that up to her attention she then says very rudely, “ do you have anything else better to talk about”! This is unacceptable and she doesn’t deserve that manager position or even a job at all in the customer service field! Worst experience and this store has lost a potential customer because of her!

We had a difficult situation dealing with our credit locks and freezes and spent way too much time sorting that out. She was extremely patient with us despite the frustrations (not just for us but def for her too) and was able to get us a great deal. I think it's also worth noting her knowledge about all the plans, devices, current promos, and add-on combinations, which made getting the plans and devices we want easy. Brittnee I hope you are reading this or hear about it because we sincerely appreciate your help!

I PAY $180 A MONTH TO BE UNABLE TO CONSISTENTLY MAKE CALLS AND HAVE TO USE MY DATA INTERMITTENTLY. THEN WE HAD A FULL DAY WITHOUT SERVICE THAT AFFECTED MILLIONS. THIS IS NOT AMERICA'S BEST NETWORK ANYMORE!!!! I IMPLORE YOU TO LOOK AT OTHER WIRELESS CARRIERS. YOU'LL SAVE TIME, MONEY, AND HAVE ADDED PEACE OF MIND. I warned you.
