Want to give a big big shout out to ka'Leed he is a gem very knowledgeable patient and doesn't mind helping you out especially when i had no idea about my devices I appreciate him being the kind understanding you man and his customer service is top notch so if you need anything he's the one to go too. The whole thomasville store was an excellent 👌 experience will definitely be back.

Went to store met Christian he was awesome help me and resolved the problem another store had done was ready to pull all phones until met him a and he resolved it was nice to have someone to listen and fix

An amazing experience, Landon made sure we were good the whole entire time. He had amazing energy and great vibes. He made sure we knew everything before purchasing and even stayed a lil longer so the phones can transfer. Thank you Landon for the amazing energy.

Honestly this was one of the most miserable experiences I’ve had in a long time. I spent over eight hours at the Thomasville Verizon this past weekend. Eight. Hours. And I am literally on the phone with Verizon customer support now and so far we are at 45 minutes and counting - being escalated to the next people because the promotion I was given at the store was not put in correctly and now the help desk is saying they can’t plug in an in-store promotion. The guys in the office are nice enough but this is absurd. There is a lapse in communication between the store agents and their agent support, too.
