    KEKE WAS THE BEST! I came in because I needed a phone replacement yesterday the most personable sales consultant named Keke was there to assist us. From the very beginning, she was so enjoyable to work with. She listened to our needs and catered to us on a level I’ve never experienced at Verizon before. We could tell she was in it for us, not just for a paycheck. She helped us find the easiest, most affordable solution to our problem and truly made it feel like we were at home. If you’re in the area and are looking for most valuable connection and service, go straight to her. She’s the Cellular Sales consultant. Thank you so, so much Keke. Verizon, coming from someone who has been in retail/customer service for a very long time, this girl is an asset to your company and should be treated as such!

    I am writing as the holder of power of attorney for my sister, Sheila Jones, who lives in Adrian, GA. On 11/07/25 , Sheila visited your Swainsboro store intending to purchase a protective cover for her Samsung S25. Instead, after interacting with a salesperson, she left the store with a new Apple iPhone and was charged $300.00. She is still making payments on the S25. Sheila has a disability and was relying on your staff to act ethically and transparently. I believe she was misled or pressured into a purchase she did not intend to make. When I called the store this morning to resolve the matter, I spoke with a very uncooperative individual. I request the following actions be taken immediately: Arrange for a staff member to visit Sheila’s home to retrieve the iPhone that was sold to her. Refund the $300.00 charged for that phone (or reverse the transaction). Reactivate her original Samsung S25 and restore any service or payments to the state prior to the purchase. Provide a written explanation of what happened and what steps the store will take to prevent similar incidents. Please contact me as soon as possible at to confirm receipt of this complaint and to let me know how you will resolve this matter. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider filing a formal complaint with corporate customer service and, if necessary, with consumer protection authorities. I get the distinct impression after talking to the people in this store my sister might have been preyed upon because she is disabled and elderly. Shameful.
