- SLShanna LongAug 5, 20251.0I am a new customer to Verizon. I recently purchased a new phone and went to this store to get my number transferred. When I entered there was no greeting. Two male associates were working. Finally one (named Clay) asked me what I wanted. I explained just to get my number switched to verizon. He immediately told me oh well thats gonna cost you $40! No okay maam I can assist you or anything. Him and the other coworker were too fixated on another customer there being a tattoo artist and looking at his work and IG. They were not even trying to assist me. Long story short, I stayed for about 15 minutes. He told me he switched my lines. I left and about 3 minutes later, my old phone started ringing!! He had never ported my phone!! I was too livid and exhausted to turn around! I will NEVER go to this Verizon again!! Verizon please do better!
