I went to upgrade to try to upgrade my phone, so I registered, and they told me they had what I needed, so I was willing to wait. They had said that their next available person would help me as soon as it would become available. People were friendly, and no one approached to help; instead, they went to just chitchat between them and just be laughing and having a good time. When I walked in, they were helping at least around 8 customers. I waited for about 45 minutes, and they were down to 2 customers, and no one would help me. SMH
