The young lady that I talked with in there obviously had more important things to do on her phone than helping me and was more worried about her lunch than assisting me. I then went to the store on east Kennedy street. The two young ladies, Shay & Teriva were great. They were very helpful and got my phone transferred over to the new one. Great customer service and very friendly. Again, thank you Shay & Teriva! Happy New Year!

- TWTheresa WrightDec 11, 20251.0Stay away from the service rep. named Jurell Lane, working in Statesboro. He does not know what he is doing. He will tell you what your monthly bill wiil be based on what he does in the store but nothing sticks. My first bill had no discount and I had to call Verizon to make the adjustments that he claimed he made. I spent over 40 minutes in th store with him and then an additonal hour on the phone. I called Jurell today to see if he could help and ending up hanging up the phone on him. I really regret changing to Veriozon. My bill is still $10. higher than what Jurell put in writing . It is almost impossible to get a live agent on the phone. I probably won't be with Verizon very long.
