I'm not sure whom I spoke with at the front desk the other day but they were EXTREMELY rude. Customer service is lacking at this clinic

Hidden gem of veterinary care in Sandy Springs! Exceptionally convenient, quick appointment availability, spotless waiting and exam rooms, and truly kind, experienced doctors. Our 16-year-old tabby wasn't feeling well, but Dr. Reid and Dr. McManus were extremely compassionate and supportive as we navigated a challenging health concern with our kitty cat. From initial exam, through testing, discussing the results, and developing a plan of action, at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision or feel uninformed about making the right decision for our cat. Both Dr. Reid and Dr. McManus were readily available by phone to answer any questions we had, which, oddly, isn’t common at other practices from our experience. VCA North Atlanta Animal Hospital will be our new vet of choice for annual pet care and, when necessary, urgent or emergency care. It’s a shame the commercial real estate entity that owns this complex refuses to install adequate signage so people can find it. It’s almost like they don’t want their tenants to earn money and pay rent. But I digress, make this place your new favorite vet!

I left one star just to leave my review and have also contacted corporate. I came in there with my dog in labor last Thursday afternoon , I was distressed as she had given birth already to one puppy in my car. When I arrived I was holding my dog in one hand and the puppy in the other , I was severely distressed about the well-being of the puppy as it was barely moving . The woman would not even HELP ME with the newborn puppy or my dog until she finished typing in all my information, taking forever to get my proper address etc while I kept asking her if my puppy is going to be ok - she was cold and could not have cared less . Once all my information wss entered the doctor came in , put the puppy in a basket & took my dogs weight . For the next 5 minutes thry kept repeatedly asking if I wanted an X-ray , when I asked the price and they said 500 , I said I was good . They then proceeded to basically say I should just go home then , & indirectly got me to leave after about 10-15 minutes of paying them 170 and my dog still in labor . I asked the woman , so you guys are just taking my money and pushing me out the door after ten minutes? Her reply was ‘thats our fee’, and thats it . Keep in mind I would have no issue paying orher fees to get help , I went to pet o the next day to make sure they were ok, where they charged me less , gave me a ton of samples , printouts and advice and treated me with human decency as well cared for the pups while they took down my information, showing urgency towards the animals …. Not their numbers . They gave me NO ADVICE ON TEMPERATURE OR ANYTHING FOR THE PUPPY, I asked if they had a small little bottle I could get for the puppy they told me NO. The woman then proceeded to watch me struggle out the door with my dog in labor in one hand and puppy in the basket in other which I almost dropped trying to get out the door . I would love for corporate to contact me to review timestamp /cameras to directly see this. After I left I was panicking driving to bring her somewhere else and she gave birth to the second puppy ON MY LEG WHILE I WAS DRIVING. The way I was treated was disgusting. I can’t help but to say this woman acted with pure white privilege and ignorance and this is a horrible representation for this company . Joke is this wss apparently the manager , who clearly only cares about numbers and how she looks . My puppies could have died or I could have gotten into an accident . I know I was judged on my appearance due to how I was treated , Ive been to several vets and never experienced anything as disgusting as this . I’ll be fully pursuing this issue

These folks are the kindest and most caring Vet office I've ever been to. I recommend them for anything and everything! They are compassionate, thorough, and go the extra mile every time. I have never said that going to the doctors office is a pleasure, but here it really is! The people are just that great. Special shout out to Kate and Dr. Reid for taking great care of our pup.
