Great customer service can be hard to find lately, but this store goes above and beyond to provide a truly professional yet comfortable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Xavier and acknowledged right away by the other sales person, despite his being busy assisting another customer. I was assisted by associate Xavier Hamilton who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about what my goal was. He took the time to patiently walk me through my options and answer all my questions without any rush or pressure to buy unnecessary extras. Believe me my guard was up if this were to happen. I jad done my research and knew my budget. Xavier went the extra mile to ensure my new device was fully set up and all my data was transferred seamlessly. I received a follow-up message today to make sure everything was good and see if there were any thing I needed assistance with. The efficiency, team work, and profressionalism displayed by both team members were impressive. I left the store completely satisfied and with a new appreciation for in-person customer service! He handled the upgrade of her old phone with proficiency and care, and helped her get the new phone set up quickly. He looked for all the deals that she was eligible for. He even answered questions my dad had regarding his iPhone. Miles is fairly new to Verizon, but I feel confident he will be a great asset to the team.
