She was professional and extremely knowledgeable in my transition to an iPhone 17. She even convinced my dinosaur husband to trade in his 8 year old phone. I absolutely loved dealing with Sunshine and would highly recommend her to any of my friends.

We were met at the door by Ryan, who had a great attitude right off. I explained to him what we were looking to do and he was very happy to help us. After we sat down to begin discussing things, we were joined by Eevee (hope I spelled that correctly) and she had a wonderful attitude and bubbly personality. She helped Ryan through the whole process and I was able to keep my existing phone number. They had the exact phones and accessories we wanted. Neither Ryan or Eevee were pushy or anything just to try and sell us on something we didn’t need. This was a wonderful experience for me and my mother. I will definitely recommend this place and those 2 employees to anyone I know that needs to go to a Verizon store. 10 out of 10!
