Great customer service can be hard to find lately, but this store goes above and beyond to provide a truly professional yet comfortable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Xavier and acknowledged right away by the other sales person, despite his being busy assisting another customer. I was assisted by associate Xavier Hamilton who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about what my goal was. He took the time to patiently walk me through my options and answer all my questions without any rush or pressure to buy unnecessary extras. Believe me my guard was up if this were to happen. I jad done my research and knew my budget. Xavier went the extra mile to ensure my new device was fully set up and all my data was transferred seamlessly. I received a follow-up message today to make sure everything was good and see if there were any thing I needed assistance with. The efficiency, team work, and profressionalism displayed by both team members were impressive. I left the store completely satisfied and with a new appreciation for in-person customer service! Drove over a hour and got there around 5:30 yesterday right before closing and the store was slammed. Tiana and Malik were the only reps on site. I was waiting to sit with Malik because he was the rep my GF spoke with on the phone but he was busy. TIANA finished up with her clients and walked around to establish pecking order. She had me at HELLO! I dread going to the phone store because how long it takes but TIANA got me all set up in a matter of 15 minutes!! TIANA treated me like a friend and worked super fast and efficiently to get me everything I needed. Very personable, relatable, upbeat and fun! Best Verizon experience I’ve ever had!! Thank you, T 🙏
