    If I could rate this store a 0 I would. RUN FAST!!! THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE. It is run by Victra but they won't tell you that - they wear Verizon shirts, no name tags, and DON'T PRINT YOU A BILL because it won't have Verizons name on it. Talk about lying and trying to hide it. Then, they charged us setup fees for every device (8 of them) BUT DIDN'T SETUP ANYTHING. They didn't transfer our old devices over, didn't link watches to phones, etc. We did everything ourselves at home. Then we were slapped with a bill from Verizon for MORE than double what we expected BECAUSE THEY SETUP OUR LINES WRONG. Thankfully Verizon is fixing that for us. When we called Victra to get our money back for setup fees they said they'd write us a check to refund us but it'd take 6-8 weeks!!! But, because 2 of our 8 devices were ordered and picked up later and WE WERE NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT, they said they couldn't do anything about those setup fee charges. So we're left to file a complaint with BBB and fraud on our credit cards. Hands down, this is the BIGGEST customer service nightmare we've EVER dealt with. Collectively my husband and I have spent around 10-15 hours on the phone with Victra and Verizon to not even fully rectify the mess they created.

    I went in to fix my phone and I guess u charge now even if it takes 5 mins. And she was nice and helpful kind of. She never smiled and didn’t fix the problem.

    I went into the store simply to ask about price options for a second line on my account & walked out with a new phone & lower bill! All thanks to Connor. He was patient, kind, & very knowledgeable about all of the perks, pricing, & discounts. He answered all of my silly questions with compassion & care. Connor has excellent customer service skills & deserves a raise! Thank you!!

    This is not a corporate Verizon Store. They are a 3rd party company named Victra. If you need changes to your plan or phone upgrades, go to the Verizon Corporate Store at 310 Commerce Dr. The staff at Victra is very nice. However, you may pay extra service fees if they help you with your plan that you would not have to pay at a corporate store. Additionally, if they make errors on your account, it’s very difficult to fix.

    Tried doing an upgrade after paying off my S22 Ultra. Paid for it iPhone 17 Pro - Gray, scheduled for pickup at this store, cool, sounds good. I get there and am informed that the phone I am set to pick up doesn't actually exist, but there are a bunch of open-box like-new returns; to which I say is fine as long as the phone is good and truly barely used. Queue up 30+ minutes of dancing around on the phone with customer support (begging the question of what the point of the store is) I was told by the DISTRICT MANAGER (and i clarified that I understood the insinuation) that they would only help me get my online order canceled and a like-new open-box phone pulled from their safe for me IF I bought the $150 accessories kit for the iPhone 17. Nope. I don't play that game. Canceled my order myself, canceled my literal 17 year verizon membership, and opened a new account with ATT. Had my new phone in less than 30 minutes. This store sucks, due to the manager. The chick up front was alright.
