It's rare that I give someone five stars however, my pup is just so excited whenever we just pull into the parking lot. Now I have to be honest, my heart, Rain's and my favorite has, and always will be, Dr. Jenny Traczewitz. I'm not sure if she is still will this particular practice, but she was/is truly a gem. She was patient, knowledgeable, gentle, and always made you and your pup feel valued and like family.
I've had a few others that were hit or miss, and no disrespect to them they just weren't or jam.
I will say that it recent visit was with Dr Julia Baker, and let me tell you, she TRULY LOVES WHAT SHE DOES!! She is extremely thorough, patient, and trust me, you will definitely be more knowledgeable when you leave than when you arrived. And her customer service is on point and being in the sales and customer service industry for now that 30 years that's huge for me. Oh and I can't for about that front desk staff that my pup just lights up Everytime she sees them.

Would give a zero if I could. They don’t tell you when you sign up for CareClub no matter what you’re stuck. Either pay monthly or have to pay full price for the services you have used. Never have had an issue with not bringing adoption paperwork first visit and still got a free visit. Now all the sudden it’s a problem
