Would give a zero if I could. They don’t tell you when you sign up for CareClub no matter what you’re stuck. Either pay monthly or have to pay full price for the services you have used. Never have had an issue with not bringing adoption paperwork first visit and still got a free visit. Now all the sudden it’s a problem

Dr Baker has taken care of four of our fur babies and I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

The first rule of medicine is listen to your patient. Afterward, it’s using your medical knowledge and trusting your gut. I went with my beloved dog who had been acting radically different from her typical mood and activity, and every single symptom and physical finding I explained was dismissed by Dr. Schmidt. ‘Her gums aren’t that pale, her stomach isn’t tender, she’s got some aging eyes, and she is bright on exam. I would just go home and feed her chicken and rice.’ Completely dismissive as I explained AGAIN how I’d watched her gums pale more and more over the past day, her abdomen swelling to twice its normal size, dilated and glassy eyes, refusing to walk, extremely lethargic, and sleeping all day. Before telling me about her two dogs who died from similar circumstances - never heard a more immature and inappropriate amount of word vomit from anyone, especially a medical professional - she reluctantly agreed to do send out labs which would be ready next day, and ONLY upon my repeating at least 5 times that something is not right and asking for imaging did she VERY reluctantly do them. 10 min later - splenic mass and bleeding into abdomen. “I feel so bad that I almost sent you home.” Lady, you dismissed every single thing I said and ONLY upon my urging were we eventually referred to the most amazing group - Dogwood Emergency Hospital in Marietta - where she had emergency surgery. That is the only reason I’m writing this review. Even though THE ONLY reason we got to Dogwood was due to my begging for you to do imaging. My dog passed away the same night. Shame on you Dr. Schmidt for your lack of compassion, complete unprofessionalism, and disregard. I don’t say this lightly: I don’t know how you’re still in practice. I hope this is your “patient.” Your lesson to listen more closely next time and not dismiss serious concerns.

Dr. Davidson and her team are awesome! I lost my precious Little Bud-e in September of 2021 and with Dr. Davidson I would have questioned myself for life. She gave me courage to move forward. I adopted my sweet girl Nora and I would not ever consider using anyone else. Everyone at Braelin Village are caring and sweet people. Love you guys bunches!

Cannot handle dogs over 20 pounds. Afraid of my pitbull even with a muzzle on. Cost me 600 dollars to completely sedated him because of their fear even with a muzzle on. I can't hold my own dog because they say liability issues yet denied my girlfriend who is co-owner of the dog bringing him up there because they couldn't communicate that I needed to be the one not her so I could restrain him. So they need me to restrain him but not restrain him at the same time. They make no sense. Will never go there again.
